moc, qmake, pro dateien Hilfe

Hey Leute,
Ich bin bei dem Versuch einen meiner Fehler zu beheben auf Begriffe wie qmake -project und qmake aufrufen.
Könnte mir jemand erklären wie ich eine .pro datei für mein bereits erstelltes Projekt generiere??

Und was ist moc?

Ich hab mich mal in der SuFu umgeschaut, jedoch nichts brauchbares gefunden.

Ich hab jetzt nur noch ein problem.
Ich versteh nicht was die command line ist wo ich das eingeben kann.
Ich benutze Code Blocks

You can now use qmake to generate a Makefile for your application. On the command line, in your project's directory, type the following:

qmake -o Makefile hello.pro

Then type make or nmake depending on the compiler you use.

Die command line ist ganz einfach die Eingabeaufforderung, zu finden unter Start->Alle Programme->Zubehör. Da dann per cd ins Verzeichnis wechseln, in dem dein Projekt gespeichert ist und den Befehl eintippen.
