habe qt installiert und wollte configure.exe starten aber dann diese fehlermeldung..
was könnte der fehler sein? wer kann mir weiterhelfen?

Und, trifft das zu? Hat der User, mit dem du configure startest, Schreibrechte?
Ansonsten hört sich das "2010.05" sehr nach dem Qt SDK an, welches eigentlich gar nicht mehr kompiliert werden muss, da solltest du direkt loslegen können.
Ist denn da keine README oder INSTALL drinnen?
Warum hast du dann das SDK installiert? Das ist eine komlette Programmierumgebung incl. IDE (Creator). Qt ist hier AFAIK mit MinGW übersetzt, also direkt mit VC++ nicht kompilierbar, da müpsstest du erst die Umgebung einrichten.
Es gibt aber bei den Downloads auch ein mit VC++ fertig kompiliertes Qt. http://qt.nokia.com/downloads -> LGPL ->

Das hat mit Qt nix zu tun, sondern mit Visual Studio. Und dafür gibt es irgend eine Qt integration (google fragen), da soll das alles automatisch funktionieren. Hab aber selber kein Windows, drum alles nur vom Hörensagen.
jetzt habe ich soweit library für vstudio 2008 + das addin für vs2008 installiert.. nun erstelle ich ein ganz normales projekt bei vstudio und versuche sie zum laufen zu bringen.. bekomme so eine fehlermeldung..
